Privacy notice

This notice explains what BLDPRO collects when you use bldpro.io, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who we are

BLDPRO, Inc., a Delaware corporation operates BLDPRO, a marketplace and workflow technology platform. Independent contractors—not BLDPRO—perform construction work and are parties to construction agreements.

Information we collect

  • Request information: your name, email address or phone number, project ZIP, selected service, and consent choice.
  • Contractor-interest information: business and contact names, phone, optional email, trade, and service area.
  • Attribution and device information: landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, Meta browser identifiers when present, IP address, user agent, and similar request metadata.
  • Workflow information: qualification, appointment, estimate, acceptance, invoice, payment, and support events created as a request moves through BLDPRO.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • review service and project-area eligibility;
  • contact you about the request and coordinate a next step;
  • coordinate an eligible request with an independent contractor;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the BLDPRO funnel;
  • attribute advertising and understand campaign performance; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

When we share information

We may share request details with an independent contractor when a request is eligible and that contractor is being considered for or assigned to the work. We also use service providers for hosting, communications, customer workflow, analytics, advertising attribution, security, and payment processing. Service providers may include GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel when configured.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws. You may contact us to ask about available choices.

Calls, texts, and email

When you check the contact-consent box, you agree that BLDPRO and a matched contractor may contact you about that request by email, call, or text using the details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop promotional calls or texts at any time; transaction and request messages may still be sent when permitted by law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the request and project workflow, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain disclosures. To make a request, email support@bldpro.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and changes

BLDPRO is not intended for children under 13. We may update this notice as the workflow or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when this version became effective.
