Terms of use
These terms govern use of bldpro.io and BLDPRO’s marketplace and workflow technology.
BLDPRO’s role
BLDPRO, Inc., a Delaware corporation provides marketplace, lead-routing, workflow, communication, estimating, and project-record technology. BLDPRO is not the construction contractor, does not self-perform the work, and is not a party to any construction agreement between a homeowner and an independent contractor.
Requests, review, and availability
Submitting a project request does not guarantee service-area coverage, contractor availability, a match, an appointment, an estimate, or completed work. BLDPRO reviews the submitted service, project ZIP, request details, and contractor eligibility before coordinating a next step. Other home projects may be reviewed, but review does not promise coverage or a contractor match.
Independent contractors
Contractors on or considered for the platform are independent businesses. They control their own work, means and methods, schedule, personnel, pricing inputs, and legal compliance. Contractor-submitted business, trade, service-area, licensing, or insurance information may be reviewed for routing, but BLDPRO does not guarantee those details or a contractor’s performance. Homeowners are responsible for reviewing the contractor’s current credentials and agreement before hiring.
Estimates and construction agreements
An estimate is prepared from contractor-provided scope and pricing. The homeowner decides whether to accept it. Any agreement to perform construction work is between the homeowner and the contractor, including responsibility for scope, changes, permits, warranties, workmanship, schedule, and site conditions.
Payments
Payment obligations arise under the construction agreement between the homeowner and contractor. Where BLDPRO payment processing is offered for an eligible invoice, the applicable payment page and contractor terms identify the transaction and any additional provider terms. A redirect or browser receipt alone does not establish payment.
Communications consent
If you check the contact-consent box, you agree that BLDPRO and a matched contractor may contact you about that request by email, call, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. See the Privacy notice for more information and contact choices.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and not to misuse, probe, disrupt, automate abusive submissions to, or attempt unauthorized access to BLDPRO. We may limit or suspend access to protect people, data, the platform, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent allowed by law, BLDPRO’s technology is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a contractor match, or construction outcomes. BLDPRO is not responsible for an independent contractor’s acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, warranties, or compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means the updated terms apply to later use. Questions may be sent to support@bldpro.io.
